S – Sulphur

Sulphur is more than the 4th Major Nutrient. It is as essential as N, P or K for increased yields. Sulphur is critical for plant protein synthesis; enhances nitrogen uptake and fixation; enhances availability and uptake of phosphorus; increases the uptake of zinc (when used with potassium); and elemental forms promote soil thiobacillus populations, which increases sulphur oxidation.
